Restoration Technician Trainee Job

Primary Responsibilities
Assist certified restoration technicians while learning the following duties:
-Setting equipment and monitoring drying systems

-Removal of damaged flooring or drywall and light construction demo
- Explain job process and answer customer questions as needed
-Perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control
- Identify safety hazards, communicate, and establish control measures to
ensure the safety of occupants and workers
- Manage job file documentation to ensure complete and accurate project
details
- Manage assets by protecting and using equipment and materials properly
- Train, produce, and promote services in multiple areas of the business
-Perform water extraction and pack out of contents, hard surface cleaning &
assist with construction build back
- Support team members
Qualifications
-Must be able to pass a background and drug screening
-Valid driver license and have a clean driving record
- Must have the ability to communicate with others in written, verbal and
digital form (i.e. smart phone)
- Must be able to lift, push, pull and twist 50 pounds regularly and
occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
-Must have your own transportation
