Mike Bonura Sr.

Mike has previous experience as a partner of a refinishing company, a production manager at a kitchen company, the owner of a construction casework company, and 35 years of experience as a home remodeler before RCS' inception in 1999. He is certified in IICRC Water Damage Restoration, IICRC Applied Structure, and PMII Mold Inspector/Remediation.

Mike's day to day position as the Owner and President of RCS includes managing and motivating employees, looking for new opportunities, maintaining quality control, putting out fires, and helping people in their time of need. His favorite aspects of his job are leadership and mentoring, but mostly he gets satisfaction from helping people.

In his spare time, Mike likes to relax, fish, and hunt.
