I was most satisfied with the initial meeting. The crew was all very nice and did a gread job working with me. 

We recently had fire and smoke damage caused by a faulty fireplace. We called our insurance company and they called RCS Restoration, Mr Michael Bonura. We were amazed and pleased how quickly RCS responded. Mr Bonura called and promptly came to our home to assess the problems. He then worked with the insurance agent to organize and plan the work that needed to be completed. That same day Mr Bonura brought an air scrubber to remove smoke air particles. The team from RCS started their work and they were polite, congenial and very careful not to break or damage any valuables. They went above and beyond in helping us get our home back in order. Mr Bonura was always available by phone when questions arose and he made wise decisions on how to proceed. He is knowledgeable and has expertise in knowing what to do. He understands the needs of the homeowner and realizes the stress this has caused the owner. We highly recommend RCS to work in your home or business. We value their work and commitment to complete the work to get the job done efficiently and in a timely fashion.

We would like to thank Restoration Contracting Services of Pittsburgh for the restoration work. We were impressed by the work, professionalism, dedication and integrity. Having had the misfortune of running into people over the years who claim all of those attributes, only to be sadly disappointed, it was an incredible joy to work with someone such as Mike, and his crew. The work was completed in a timely and professional manner, and the crew was outstanding. Mike went out of his way to come over to the house last Saturday to hook up our (new) sink. He ran into a problem with the faucet I had purchased, and HE not only figured out the problem, went up to Lowe's to get a replacement part, and he came back and finished the job and ensured the problem was fixed before he left. He spent a good 3 and a half hours here doing that. (The problem was a defective part in the faucet I had purchased.) I just wanted to let you know how pleased (ecstatic really) we are with Mike and everyone at Restoration Contracting Services. THANK YOU!!!!

Dear Penny, Mike and RCS Team,   How can ever begin to "Thank You' and show our sincerest appreciation for all you have done for us in our very important time of need. Seeing a fire take our Retirement Home in a moments notice is something we could have never imagined. The $75 Eat- N- Park Gift Certificate you sent to us was so very thoughtful & considerate. All of the hard work of getting our belongings, personal items, family pictures, clothes ( and so much more) from our apartment was simply unbelievable. Your caring attitude and communicated so well with my son over the past 3 months...... storing our furniture, delivery, etc.... the list goes on and on........ You are all wonderful people who really helped us get through one of the most difficult times of our lives. No one can anticipate a disaster in one's life. Mike & Penny Bonura were extremely professional and courteous Their crew arrived on time and went above and beyond to help me salvage my belongings after a sewage backup/flooded basement. I would only recomend RCS. I am in the insurance business and will definitlely refer them to my clients. I know that they will do an immaculate job for a fair price, no add ons, emergency fees, etc. 

We had a major water damage event that effected most of the house. The clean-up was impeccable and the restoration work was done beautifully.

Very considerate of the needs of the floating dance floor and marley. Took the extra strep in moving dance props and getting up the sound system. The extra special care and consideration was much appreciated. 

They always seemed to have a professional right there waiting for me. They were just that good.
