Executive

Mike Bonura Sr.

Owner/President

Mike has previous experience as a partner of a refinishing company, a production manager at a kitchen company, the owner of a construction casework company, and 35 years of experience as a home remodeler before RCS' inception in 1999. He is certified in IICRC water damage restoration, IICRC applied structure, and PMII mold inspector/remediation.


Mike's day-to-day position as the owner and president of RCS includes managing and motivating employees, looking for new opportunities, maintaining quality control, putting out fires, and helping people in their time of need. His favorite aspects of his job are leadership and mentoring, but mostly he gets satisfaction from helping people.


In his spare time, Mike likes to relax, fish, and hunt.

General Manager

As General Manager, Mike’s position includes organizing workflow to ensure specifications and deadlines are met, enforcing health and safety precautions, monitoring production, and managing the manpower and job sites as well as inspecting new leads/jobs, creating estimates and final invoices for those jobs, communicating with insurance adjusters, and helping with the mitigation duties. 


He enjoys the fact that every day is different and brings new challenges and opportunities.

Gary Baker

Estimator

Gary has 32 years of experience in construction management and estimating in the restoration field. He has been with RCS since August 2018. He is a certified technician and supervisor. He enjoys working with people in need, estimating as well as, working with the RCS staff. In Gary's spare time, he likes to hunt, fish and work on projects at home.

Kenny Angelini

Water Restoration & Radon Mitigation Technician

Kenny is from Leechburg. His past work experience includes pool construction, demo work and woodworking. He has been with RCS since June 2018 and enjoys the atmosphere, the people, and that every job is different.


Kenny is IICRC Certified and some of his duties include assessing property damaged by fire, water, mold and weather disasters, performing water mitigation and extraction services, cleaning salvageable belongings and property and removing and replacing damaged drywall. Kenny is also a radon mitigation technician – assisting in radon mitigation installations as well as crawl space encapsulations and vapor intrusion systems.


In Ken's spare time he enjoys hunting, fishing, gardening, camping, animal care, woodworking, cooking and building vivariums.

Radon Specialist

Michael is an IICRC-certified water damage restoration technician, as well as a radon measurement producer and a radon mitigation specialist. He has been working at RCS since September 2010 and his day-to-day position includes testing for radon, designing and installing mitigation systems, and consulting with the homeowners.


He appreciates the fact that his job is very different from day to day, which always keeps things interesting.


In his spare time, Michael enjoys spending time with friends, fishing, taking his dog new places, and working on remodeling his house.

Rich Delancey

Rich Delancey

Water Restoration Technician

Rich brings 20 years of experience in construction and home remodeling to his current position at RCS. He is certified in IICRC water damage restoration and PMII mold testing and remediation, and has been with RCS since September 2012.


As a water technician, some of his duties include assessing property damaged by fire, water, mold and weather disasters, performing water mitigation and extraction services, cleaning salvageable belongings and property and removing and replacing damaged drywall. A large part of Rich’s job includes repair work that might be needed after water mitigation, mold remediation or fire and wind damage. His favorite part of the job is completing jobs and getting them done on time.


In his spare time, Rich enjoys playing horseshoes and fishing.

Gabe is IICRC Certified and some of his duties include performing water mitigation and extraction services, cleaning salvageable belongings and property and removing and replacing damaged drywall and assessing property damaged by fire, water, mold and weather disasters.

Zeke is IICRC Certified and some of his duties include performing water mitigation and extraction services, cleaning salvageable belongings and property and removing and replacing damaged drywall and assessing property damaged by fire, water, mold and weather disasters.

Some of Paul’s duties include performing water mitigation and extraction services, cleaning salvageable belongings and property and removing and replacing damaged drywall.

Melissa Monstrola

Melissa Monstrola

Administrative Assistant

Melissa is from Plum, PA. Prior to working at RCS, she was a nanny and an ultrasound technologist. Melissa has been with RCS since September 2017. Some of her daily routine includes accounts payable and receivable, taking customer calls and scheduling estimates, radon reporting, commission tracking & sales tax reporting. At RCS, she mostly enjoys the people around her and the environment she works in daily. In Melissa's spare time, she likes spending time with family and friends, as well as traveling and being outdoors.

Penny Bonura

Office Manager

Penny studied office administration, then worked in a corporate setting for 10 years after school. She then moved into banking while working part time keeping the books for RCS, before transitioning to a full-time office manager position in 2012. She holds an advanced indoor environmental quality certification.


Penny's day-to-day position includes assigning and monitoring clerical and secretarial functions, recruiting and selecting office staff, orienting employees, and providing on-the-job and other training opportunities. She enjoys the opportunity to grow our business with the help of our employees, as well as the opportunity to help out customers in their time of need.


In her spare time, Penny enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, fishing, and knitting.

Dani Hoffmann

Customer Service Representative

Previously working in retail and as a customer relations specialist she comes with a lot of experience for her current position as a receptionist and customer service representative. Her duties include taking customer calls, scheduling estimates, following up on leads and gathering numbers for analysis. Dani has three children and lives in the Gibsonia area.
